Write to one person or several. If that conversation already exists, the same one opens: there are not two identical threads.
Type @ and pick someone in the channel. The person mentioned sees it in their alerts, even if the channel is set to mentions only.
Images, PDF, Office, audio or video, next to the text. The file stays in the conversation, not in a loose link.
Each channel can notify you of every message, mentions only, or stay quiet. The alert arrives in the panel and on the phone.
Minimize the conversation and keep writing while you work in people, finances or the calendar. Unread messages show on the bell.
A private channel stays hidden from everyone else. On a public one, people who are not in yet can join. #general cannot be emptied: every church user is in it.
